Ballina Island Motor Inn has perfected the formula to ensure the success of any event, providing you with a choice of facilities and fabulous food to make your next function a memorable one for all the right reasons.

We offer a wide range of venues from a purpose built function room, restaurant and bar areas to outdoor courtyard and garden settings. We have a number of menu options for you to choose from, including gluten and dairy free or our chef can prepare something special just for your event.

With 40 well appointed rooms, and easy access to the airport and beaches it is the ideal gathering point for your next function.

The Island Room: Our purpose-built conference room is on the ground floor with air conditioning, flexible furniture arrangements and several entry options. It is the perfect space to create a fully themed event. Measuring 12.5 m x 9.5 m it can seat up to 100 people and has direct access to our licenced bar and covered courtyard area.

The Terrace Restaurant: A relaxed space that can be booked for groups of around twenty who are happy to share the space with our other diners. The entire restaurant can also be booked, but as the restaurant is also open to the public this needs to be discussed with the Events Manager. The Terrace Restaurant seats 90-100 with a variety of layouts.

The Bambino Bar: A smaller more intimate setting that can comfortably seats 20-25 with a variety of layouts or more for a standing cocktail style event. The fully licenced bar opens on to our covered courtyard area and can be booked together.

The Courtyard: The covered courtyard overlooks the pool area, It's a great informal option that works equally well for a stand up cocktail party or as a gourmet BBQ setting.

Our Garden setting: The tropical garden that frames our lawn area is a wonderful backdrop for a more casual atmosphere where guests can mingle freely. For something a little different you can have a marquee erected on our lawn for up to 80 guests at a seated function or 95 for a cocktail party.
