Ballina Island Motor Inn has several inspiring spaces from which to conduct business, day meetings or hold an event; including a purpose built conference room, a relaxing garden terrace, licensed restaurant and intimate wine bar. For all spaces, bookings are essential.

The conference room offers an abundance of natural light, along with a wonderful alfresco and undercover space for breakouts, breaks and gatherings. We have a highly skilled corporate trainer to support you if required who can help you create an energizing and results-driven program to achieve the business outcomes you want or help you design some team building exercises into your day to enrich the experience.

It is the perfect atmosphere for your meeting, conference or event, providing you with quality, choice, flexibility and convenience. Broadband internet access, wireless connectivity, audio visual equipment and catering options will enhance the day.

 

The 12.5m x 9.5m space offers several room configurations (see Meetings & Conferences brochure) to suit any kind of event with business and administrative services available to you through our Business Services Team.

For events that run into the evening, or over several days, we offer you the opportunity to utilise our restaurant or, for a more relaxed environment on a balmy summer's night, choose one of our gourmet packages to enjoy in our covered courtyard which extends from the Bambino wine bar.

Our gourmet food and wine packages (see Dining & Catering Brochure) are perfect for most corporate functions, award nights, breakfast presentations, seminars, product launches and cocktail receptions but we encourage you to work with us to design a package that suits your specific tastes and budget. Regardless of the package, our chefs only use the freshest produce and the utmost care is taken to produce a style of cuisine that creates the perfect dining experience for your guests.

To assist with your technical requirements we have partnered with a local Audio Visual supplier to provide audio visual solutions for any presentation. From audio equipment, lighting & teleconferencing; we have equipment to fit your requirements and budget right at your finger tips.

If your conference runs over several days we would encourage you to consider introducing a team building activity into your program to provide experiential learning that promotes teamwork and communication.

We have areas onsite that can be used for either indoor or outdoor activities or you can consult with our in-house corporate trainer to create an exciting offering for your group at one of Ballina's many attractions.
